Please share your views regarding paypal and its unavailability in Pakistan. Do read this related blog post where I talk about how you can use 2co to receive paypal payments. Also consider alternatives like moneybookers.

I think that i am the first member to use tihis forum. (HEY ADMIN! I deserve a RANK )

Well you can use PAYPAL.
Try this method.

1)Tell your relative in UK, USA or any other country to make a Paypal for you.
2)Ask them to use it for fu.
3) After that contact paypal that you are on traveling so please convert your account to TRAVELLING. In this way you can login from pakistan and manage your account.

My frtiend is doingg this and not been blocked YET.

Once I was one of the Paypal victims. Now I don't use paypal as a primary method for online payment solution. Any how, I can help you to withdraw your paypal money in Pakistan.

Note: My help is for those who stuck their amount in paypal and don't have any solution to withdraw it.
